How It Works
Connect Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Go to Settings → Integrations and authorize your Zoom or Microsoft Teams account. Planalyte uses the platform APIs to access meeting transcripts after recording.
Record Your Meeting with Transcription Enabled
Start your Zoom or Teams meeting with cloud recording and transcription turned on. When the recording completes, the platform sends a webhook to Planalyte automatically.
Review Extracted Insights
Planalyte downloads the transcript from Zoom or Teams, then runs an AI extraction pipeline to surface decisions, action items, risks, and key discussion points — all tagged and categorized.
Generate Work Items
Convert action items and decisions into structured work items with a single click. Push them to Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jira directly from the meeting summary.

Three Ways to Use It
Zoom — Webhook + Transcript Download
Paste a Zoom meeting URL and hit capture. When the host stops recording, Zoom sends a webhook. Planalyte downloads the VTT transcript file and runs the extraction pipeline automatically.
Teams — Graph API Transcript or Chat Fallback
Paste a Teams meeting link. Planalyte calls the Microsoft Graph API to download the official meeting transcription. If transcription wasn't enabled, it falls back to reading the meeting chat messages as a pseudo-transcript.
Live Mode — Paste or Stream Text in Real Time
Start a live session and paste transcript chunks as the meeting progresses. Planalyte runs incremental extraction every ~800 characters and streams new decisions and action items to your screen via real-time updates.

Transcripts are downloaded from Zoom or Teams APIs on demand and processed by AI.

You control which meetings Planalyte can access via your platform authorization settings.
Meeting data can be deleted from your account at any time.
Plan Availability
Meeting Intel is available on Pro, Pro Team, and Enterprise plans. Pro and Pro Team include Zoom & Teams connections. Enterprise includes unlimited meeting extractions.
