Common Questions
How do credits work?
Credits are consumed when you use AI features like work item generation, analysis, and chat. Free plans include 200 credits/month; Pro plans include 1,000. You can also purchase top-up packs.
Can I connect multiple providers?
Yes. You can connect Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Jira simultaneously. Each provider uses separate OAuth credentials.
What happens when I delete my account?
Account deletion has a 15-day grace period. During this time you can cancel the deletion. After 15 days, all data is permanently removed.
Is my code stored on your servers?
No. Code impact analysis reads repository metadata (file names, function signatures) on demand. We do not clone or store your source code.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard and click Upgrade. Payment is handled securely through Stripe.
