Board Features
Infinite Canvas
Boards use an infinite canvas powered by React Flow. Pan, zoom, and scroll freely to organize work items spatially. There are no fixed rows or columns — place nodes wherever they make sense.
Drag-and-Drop Nodes
Each work item becomes a visual node you can drag around the board. Nodes display the title, type badge, story points, and priority. Click a node to expand its full details.
Templates
Start a new board from a template — Sprint Board, Kanban, Feature Breakdown, or blank canvas. Templates pre-arrange columns and groupings so you can get started immediately.
Connections
Draw edges between nodes to represent dependencies, parent-child relationships, or workflow sequences. Connections are labeled and can be styled to indicate different relationship types.
Board Sharing
Generate a share link to let teammates view or collaborate on a board — even without a Planalyte account. Share links can be set to view-only or full edit access.
Real-Time Sync
Changes are saved automatically. If you push a work item to a provider and it gets updated externally, the board node reflects the latest state on your next sync.

Tips for Better Boards
Use color-coded type badges (User Story, Task, Bug) to quickly scan your board.
Group related items by dragging them next to each other — visual clustering helps planning.
Use the board export feature to save a PNG snapshot for sprint review presentations.
Shared boards auto-refresh — no need for teammates to manually reload.
